Billing and cancellation
To cancel, change plan, update your card or download invoices, open Billing in your Favie dashboard. You can also just email us and we will handle it. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to your money and your access.
If you do not recognize a charge on your statement, it will appear as FAVIE. Email or call us before disputing it with your bank — we can almost always sort it out the same day.
